Trust Administration/Probate
Estate administration can mean either administering a trust or probating a will. It can also include other procedures such as spousal property petitions and summary probate declarations. Our firm is experienced in all of these areas, representing trustees in private administration of trusts (out of court) and representing executors in probate court supervised proceedings. We also assist beneficiaries with protecting their interests during the administration of trusts by others.
We recognize these matters are stressful and emotional for our clients because they involve loss and uncertainty. We respond to these feelings with timely, caring, and professional advice. Please read our Articles ‘Administering a Trust’ and ‘Trustee Fiduciary Responsibility’ on this website.
