The firm was established in 1990 and from its inception has specialized in probate and trust litigation with the goal of giving each client the in-depth attention and services they deserve. Estate planning and the administration of trusts and probate estates are also a large part of our business. The firm’s other areas of practice are in real property and business, both transactions and litigation. Recently, we have handled matters in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Alameda, San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, Solano, and Los Angeles counties, representing clients from across the country. Founder Henry Froneberger brought Darin Leviloff on board in 2014. Darin has taken over the practice since Henry Fronberger’s passing in 2018.
Darin Leviloff is taking the firm forward as a sole proprietorship with the same values of achieving justice for our clients through the practice of law with integrity and a personal touch. The firm is devoted to keeping up to date on the ever-changing legal landscape and participating in both pro-bono work and continuing legal education. We associate with organizations such as the Marin County Bar Association, Marin County Legal Professionals Association, the Bay Area Legal Forum, and Legal Aid of Marin.
