Estate administration can mean either administering a trust or probating a will. It can also include other procedures such as spousal property petitions and summary probate declarations. Our firm is experienced in all of these areas, representing trustees in private, out of court administration, and trustees and executors in probate court supervised proceedings. We also assist beneficiaries in protecting their interests during the administration of trusts by others.
Many estate planning attorneys are reluctant to involve their practices in disputes, which unfortunately do arise in the probate/trust context. Our principal, Darin Leviloff (a former criminal prosecutor), has extensive experience in probate and trust litigation as well as civil litigation. He will go to bat for you in a legal dispute, should one arise. We always keep in mind achieving the best resolution for our clients, whether that be through negotiated settlement or by way of contested hearing.

Our clients range from real estate brokers and agents to individuals and privately held businesses. We help them with transactions, negotiations, and litigation. We draft and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, easements, and other similar documents.
While the firm has specialized in litigation involving trusts and wills, we have significant experience at handling a variety of commercial, business, and construction disputes. We have handled a number of cases involving product liability, construction defect claims, environmental exposure, breach of contract, and professional liability. We have also settled and negotiated matters outside the traditional courtroom.
